Parmesan Cheese Bread

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 cups tapioca starch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1  1/2 cups parmesan cheese

​PROCEDURE:
  • Heat the oven to 350°F.  
  • Lightly grease the mini muffin tin.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients together except cheese.
  • Add oil, beaten eggs, milk and stir in till the dry ingredients are well moistened.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese.
  • Put into greased muffin tins.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure not to over bake.
  • Enjoy them right out of the oven.

*** You can warm the left overs in the microwave for 15 seconds to achieve the soft chewy texture.
