Chicken Adobo

​INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken, cut into serving size
  • 7-10 cloves garlic, pounded 
  • 5 pcs bay leaves
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar 
  • whole peppercorn​​

​HOW TO COOK CHICKEN ADOBO:
  • In a pan of work. marinate chicken pieces, garlic, bay leaves and soy sauce for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour or overnight would be better.
  • Turn on the stove. 
  • Add water and stir to combine. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add vinegar and peppercorns. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Serve with white steamed rice.
  • Enjoy!
