Chicken Adobo
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs chicken, cut into serving size
7-10 cloves garlic, pounded
5 pcs bay leaves
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup vinegar
whole peppercorn

HOW TO COOK CHICKEN ADOBO:
In a pan of work. marinate chicken pieces, garlic, bay leaves and soy sauce for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour or overnight would be better.
Turn on the stove.
Add water and stir to combine. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add vinegar and peppercorns. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Serve with white steamed rice.
