Easy and Quick Fish Tacos

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1-2 slices fish fillet, sliced into bite small pieces
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Japanese Style Bread crumbs (Panko Flakes)
  • tomatoes
  • onions 
  • green bell pepper
  • cilantro, chopped
  • lettuce
  • Tortilla wrapper
  • Sour cream (optional)​​

HOW TO PREPARE:
  • Combine egg, water and salt. Set aside.
  • Roll the fish in flour and coat evenly.
  • Dip into egg mixture.
  • Roll generously in bread crumbs.
  • Repeat until all the fish are coated.
  • Heat cooking oil in deep pan. 
  • Deep fry until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towel. 
  • Prepare the wrapper according to packaging directions. 
  • Place all the toppings - sliced vegetables and prepared fish.
  • I love sour cream but it's optional if you don't want it. :)
