This Pork Belly Barbecue or BBQ was marinated using Filipino Style BBQ sauce. It is a little sweet and flavorful then grilled to perfection.  Simple and easy to make!

​INGREDIENTS:
  • 2-3 lbs pork belly or any preferred meat
   For the Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup sprite / 7Up
  • 1/3 cup banana ketchup
  • 1/4 cup  brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp calamansi extract / lemon extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic​​

​HOW TO PREPARE BARBECUE:
  • Combine sauce ingredients.  (Makes about 3/4 to 1 cup)
  • Marinade the pork with the mixed barbeque sauce and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Cook the marinated pork over grill.
  • Use the remaining marinade to baste the barbecue for added flavor and to keep the meat from drying out.
  • Remove from grill when done.
  • Serve fresh from the grill.
  • Enjoy your yummy BARBEQUE!
