Fried Rice

​I had left over pork adobo and chorizo in the fridge so I thought of preparing fried rice. It turned out yummy. 
Try it!

INGREDIENTS:
  • Pork adobo, divided or cut into small pieces 
  • cooking oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pc chorizo/chinese sausage, cubed
  • 1/2 cup carrots, cubed
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • green onions (optional)

HOW TO PREPARE FRIED RICE:
  • Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a wok. 
  • Fry the beaten egg. Remove from pan and divide into small pieces.
  • Add a small amount of cooking oil and saute the garlic.
  • Add the chorizo, carrots, and green peas. Cook for 2 minutes. 
  • Add the rice and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the pork adobo and garlic salt.  Cook for few minutes.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. 
  • Enjoy! ​
