Nilupak Recipe

​INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 packs (16oz) or 4 cups grated cassava
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • banana leaves for serving (optional)
​

​HOW TO PREPARE NILUPAK:
  • Combine all ingredients in pan or wok.
  • Mix manually in low heat until well blended and thick.
  • Arrange on a plate or in a banana leaf and cut into desired shapes. 
  • Top with margarine.
  • Serve & Enjoy!​
