Pineapple Peach Mandarin Popsicle

INGREDIENTS:
  • Canned fruits - mandarin orange, pineapple tidbits, peaches, etc or use fruit cocktail
  • 5 tbsp syrup from the canned fruits
  • 13 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk - adjust according to your preference​ ​

​To prepare:
  • In a large cup, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk and syrup.
  • Place several slices of fruits into each popsicle container then fill with milk mixture.
  • Freeze overnight.​
  • Unmolding:
  • Fill a pan or container that is at least as tall as your mold with warm (not hot) water.
  • Briefly dip the mold in until the pops loosen, about 20 to 30 seconds. 
  • Remove the mold from the water and place it on a sturdy surface.
  • Enjoy!

*** This recipe yields 6 popsicles.
*** You can also use ice candy bags if popsicle molds are not available.
