Skinless Longganisa

Watch me prepare Skinless Longganisa :)

 
​INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 5-8 cloves garlic (or more if you prefer), crushed or fine chopped
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1  1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1  1/2 tbsp soy sauce​
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper 
  • 1/2 tbsp plain bread crumbs or 1 tbsp flour
  • cooking oil for frying

Prepare all ingredients.

Wrapped skinless longganisa ready to freeze.

​How to Prepare:
  • Combine all ground pork, garlic, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Marinate for at least an hour or overnight.
  • Add the bread crumbs or flour. Mix well until combined.
  • Roll about 2 tbsp of the pork mixture in a wax paper or plastic food wrap.
  • Refrigerate or freeze the longganisa overnight. 
How to Cook: 
  • Heat oil in a  frying-pan.  
  • Fry in batches in hot oil until fully cooked.
  • Serve with fried eggs and garlic or plain rice. 
  • Enjoy!
Recipe yields about 15 pieces. 

Best served with Fried eggs and Garlic rice or plain rice.
