Pansit Bihon is a classic  Filipino noodle stir fry dish loaded with vegetables and pork and or shrimp. Bihon are thin rice vermicelli or rice noodles sticks.
Making this delicious meal is relatively easy.  Simple ingredients that can be tossed together and the key to a delicious Pansit is the sauce combination. It is important to have the perfect measurements for soy sauce and broth.  That' the secret and you will find it here on my recipe below.

Actually, this is not my recipe. this is my moms' that's why we should thank her for this. Every time we have guests in our party, they always compliment her delicious Pansit aside from her Pinoy Style Spaghetti which  is another party favorite!
