Cilantro Lime Salmon Fillet Recipe

​​INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 slice salmon fillet or steel head (salmon trout) fillet with skin 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ​salt & pepper to taste​
  • sliced lime and tomato

Wrap the prepared salmon in foil and bake for 20 minutes.

HOW TO PREPARE:​
  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Place salmon fillet on a prepared sheet pan lined with foil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chopped cilantro and spread over the top of salmon. 
  • Top the seasoned salmon fillet with slices of lime and tomato. If you have extra, you can place the on the sides.
  • Cover the prepared salmon with foil. 
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and uncover the foil.
  • Bake again for another 5 minutes. 
  • Serve and enjoy! ​
