1 slice salmon fillet or steel head (salmon trout) fillet with skin
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried Parsely
1 tsp dried Rosemary
salt & pepper to taste
(Use fresh Parsley and Rosemary if available or if preferred)
Wrap the prepared salmon in foil and bake for 20 minutes.

HOW TO PREPARE:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place salmon fillet on a prepared sheet pan lined with foil.
Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, parsley and spread over the top of salmon.
Insert some slices of lemon under the salmon fillet. (You can also do this before placing your salmon but I like doing it after so that the seasoning won't get to the lemons).
Cover the prepared salmon with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and squeeze some lemon juice before eating.
Serve and enjoy!
