Lemon Herb Salmon Fillet

You can serve it with Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts. Bake them together to save time. They are both delicious and perfect together!

​​INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 slice salmon fillet or steel head (salmon trout) fillet with skin 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Parsely 
  • 1 tsp dried Rosemary 
  • ​salt & pepper to taste​
  • lemon slices
  • (Use fresh Parsley and Rosemary if available or if preferred)

Wrap the prepared salmon in foil and bake for 20 minutes.

HOW TO PREPARE:​
  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Place salmon fillet on a prepared sheet pan lined with foil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, parsley and spread over the top of salmon. 
  • Insert some slices of lemon under the salmon fillet. (You can also do this before placing your salmon but I like doing it after so that the seasoning won't get to the lemons).
  • Cover the prepared salmon with foil. 
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and squeeze some lemon juice before eating.
  • Serve and enjoy! ​
