When it comes to Salmon Fillets, there are so many recipes you can make. I have made many Salmon recipes in the past like Thai Baked Salmon, Honey Baked Salmon, Lemon Herb Salmon and Cilantro Lime Salmon. They are all easy to prepare and delicious! I always pair it with either Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Vegetables or Roasted Bell Peppers and Carrots.
This Garlic Butter Salmon recipe is very easy to make as well. Just combine butter, lemon and chopped garlic. Pour it over the prepared salmon on a pan lined with foil.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano and parsely. Cover with foil then bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven then top with lemon wedges. Place it back in the oven (top rack) and broil for abour 3-5 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on it to avoid burning the top.
After broiling, the butter lemon mixture juice or sauce will be on the sides of the pan. Scoop them and pour over the salmon before serving.
