Caramel Bread Pudding

Bread Pudding is one of the easiest and delicious desserts you can make. Also, it is the best way to use any leftover slices of bread. It's creamy, slightly firmer and not too sweet compared to a traditional Leche flan. The taste is almost like Cream Cheese Flan but lighter on the side.

Process is simple by just pulsing all ingredients in a blender. Yes, combine all of them in  blender to make a smooth batter.  I suggest to strain the mixture as the bread leaves some crumbs. Easy right?

Caramelizing sugar will give it a nice golden and glossy top. For this recipe I added a small amount of water so the caramel will not be too sweet. But you have to option to omit and prepare how you want it.
Please give this recipe a try and let me know by leaving a comment below. Enjoy :)

Hi Ms. Ellie. Pwede siguro. Make sure to soak mo muna ng matagal sa milk ang bread para lumambot ng mabuti saka mo mix with the other ingredients. Sasalain naman yan so hindi maselan. Keep me posted ha? Thanks for following! Take care.
