Churros are delicious sticks of enriched fried buttery choux pastry or dough coated with cinnamon and sugar. Crispy outer shell, light and airy inside. They are surprisingly easy to make  and one of the best treat you an make for your family. Some liked it dipped in melted chocolate but actually best eaten alone as the churro itself is already sweet.

What I like about this recipe is they stay crispy for hours.  I urge you to try it because I know you will love it. You can watch my Video on Facebook how to make it.

The dough itself does not contain a lot of sugar. What makes it sweet is the cinnamon-sugar coating but the good thing about Churros, you can lightly coat however you want it. Let me know what you  think about this recipe by leaving a comment below. Enjoy.

May I know which one? If you are referring to the one I used frying the churros, I got it from one the stores here in California. The brand is Masterclass.

I suggest na pag first time gawin follow muna ang recipe and avoid idouble or triple. Do you use standard measuring cups? Many times kasi we use whatever we have on hand so mali ang sukat. Kung gusto mo gawa ng marami, gawa na lang muna ng another batch kasi it does affect it.
