Fried Banana bread that is moist inside and with a crunchy coating with a hint of coconut. Quick and simple to make and almost taste like a banana bread or muffin. Best served while warm. It can be eaten alone or drizzle with chocolate or dust with powdered sugar.
If you have no oven or would like to make easy treats for the kids, then this recipe is right for you. Or if you have overripe bananas and make use of them, try this one out and let me know. On this recipe, can use a regular banana or plantain (saba) banana. Overripe is better as they are tastier and can be easily mashed.
A recipe that doesn't require egg or milk. Powdered sugar can also be adjusted as well. I only used 1/2 cup powdered sugar to make a banana paste because I like drizzling it with chocolate syrup but you can also make it to 3/4 cup if you prefer it sweeter. It will depend on how you will serve it.
