Perfectly soft, moist and chewy Chocolate Crinkles. Traditionally served during holidays but are actually great any time of the year. It's name was derived from it's crackled top.
Pastillas is a combination of two parts condensed milk and one part powdered milk. For this recipe, I divided the mixture in half and added ube flavor on the other half. The ube is just perfect with these moist crinkles. Perfectly moist, fudgy in the middle with pastillas filling and crunchy on the outside.
