This recipe is inspired by my niece from the Philippines named Jayleen. She loves to cook as well and once mentioned that they used to buy this buttered chicken from a local store. She said it is really really good so she thought of making her own version.
It is garlicky, buttery and full of flavor! Divine I would say because of the garlic and butter. Not advisable for people who have high cholesterol LOL!
Simple process here. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. Prepare the batter and combine with the marinated chicken. Deep fry until golden and crispy. Prepare the sauce and drizzle over the fried chicken. Yum!
