GINISANG SINIGANG NA BAKA ( BEEF IN SOUR SOUP OR TAMARIND) is the same as the sour soup but instead of boiling the meat in water and adding all the vegetables, start cooking by sauteing with garlic, onion and tomatoes then the boiled meat. GINISANG SINIGANG tastes better than the regular sinigang.
