This dessert is amazing! It is healthy, super easy to make and delicious! Just 3 healthy ingredients to make with the option of adding chocolate chips for sweetness. Yes, just three! What you need are oats, banana and peanut butter.
For color and sweetness, I added some semi-sweet chocolate chips. You can also use healthy chocolate bars like dark chocolate with cocoa percentage of 70% or higher. More cocoa, the better for you. Can we use Instant Oats? I suggest to to use rolled oats or old fashioned oats. Instant oat is cut too fine, and is not recommended for baking. Can I use Almond butter instead of peanut butter? Definitely! You can substitute with equal amount of peanut in the recipe. Using almond butter makes this recipe healthier.
