Siomai or Siumai or Shumai is a traditional Chinese dumplings. Usually served as a snack served with chili sauce and soy sauce with calamansi or lemon. Easy to make and delicious!

I have made Beef and Pork Siomai before but this time I added crabs to it and changed the way it is wrapped. A great way to those who struggle wrapping it.  This idea was suggested by my niece Jayleen.  Thanks to her for this recipe!
