PORK SISIG is a famous (PULUTAN) in the Philippines. Pulutan is a Filipino term use to accompany with an alcohol drink. Sisig is spicy and fatty (if you have high cholesterol, you need to watch out Lol!) But, I bet you... it's yummy! You can also eat this with steamed white rice. Thanks Ms. Melanie Fernando for sharing your recipe! Don't forget to also click "LIKE us on Facebook" located at the right hand side of this page.
