Here's how I made it. Dissolve sugar in water and set aside. In a large pot, dissolve sugar in water, bring to a light simmer then add milk and almond extract. Stir and bring again to a light boil. Transfer to molds, remove air bubbles and refrigerate to set. Slice into cubes then serve with fruit cocktail. That's it! See I told that is super easy to make.
