This sweet banana rolls are inspired by Mang Tootz famous Banana Rhuma in the Philippines. It is called Banana Rhuma because of rhum added to the sauce coated to the wrapper. Not just a simple turon we grew up eating but a flavorful one due to langka, pineapple juice, sesame seeds and rum combined in the sauce.
