This Filipino-Style Picadillo is very quick  and easy to make. A Latin American inspired dish that has now many different versions. Some adds olives or adds more sauce to it. Mine is a simple stir fried ground beef in tomato sauce and vegetables with mild sauce and with added green peas.

A dish that doesn't require hard to find ingredients. I added green peas to it as it adds a beautiful color combination with potatoes and carrots. This is perfect for those who wants to learn how to cook.

This recipe is now a routine "ulam" in our house. Easy to make and tastes so good what more can you ask for, right?
