The process is actually simple. Prepare the leche flan as usual. Then prepare the cream mixture. When ready, start adding layers of graham crackers in a 8 x 6 pan, alternate with the cream mixture then place the prepared flan on top. Add some more cream mixture around the flan to cover the sides. Sprinkle some crushed graham crackers if desired. Try this recipe and let me know what you think. Enjoy!
