This recipe is one the easiest dessert you can make. It is called Mocha Graham Float or I would say it can also be named No-Bake Mocha Cake. Layered with chocolate graham crackers with delicious mocha cream in between.
Graham crackers are always perfect with cream filling. The cream penetrates into the graham crackers which makes it soft as you leave it the refrigerator to chill before serving. I left it overnight and the result was amazing!
I used an 8 x 6 rectangular glass container for this recipe. It is perfect for the amount of mocha cream I made. Please know that the amount of instant coffee powder I used on this recipe can be adjusted according to your preference. It depends on how strong you want it. The chocolate syrup on top is optional but it is really nice to have it decorated isn't it?
