This recipe is one the easiest dessert you can make. It is called Mocha Graham Float or I would say it can also be named No-Bake Mocha Cake. Layered with chocolate graham crackers with delicious mocha cream in between.
Graham crackers are always perfect with cream filling. The cream penetrates into the graham crackers which makes it soft as you leave it the refrigerator to chill before serving. I left it overnight and the result was amazing!

I used an 8 x 6 rectangular glass container for this recipe. It is perfect for the amount of mocha cream I made.  Please know that the amount of instant coffee powder I used on this recipe can be adjusted according to your preference. It depends on how strong you want it. The chocolate syrup on top is optional but it is really nice to have it decorated isn't it? So, if you'd like to make the easiest cake, I highly suggest to try this recipe and let me know what you think by leaving a comment below. Enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk, chilled

Procedure:
  • In a large mixing bowl using ahand mixer, beat the heavy cream on high speed until thick, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the condensed milk and coffee. You can add more coffee powder depending on your preference.  Beat on high speed until ingredients are fully incorporated and coffee granules are melted.
  • Arrange the first layer of graham crackers on a pan. I used an 8 x 6 glass container.
  • Spread a thin layer of mocha cream on top. Drizzle with some chocolate syrup (if desired).
  • Make another layer of grahams crackers and repeat the process. I made 4 layers total.
  • Drizzle the top with chocolate syrup. I used a toothpick to make the swirl effect. You can decorate or add toppings of choice like nuts, marshmallows, etc.
  • Refrigerate before serving. Overnight is better.  Slice, serve and enjoy. Recipe makes about 6 servings.

Hi Kathy. I have other mocha cake recipes you can try as well. This one is the easiest since it will only be using chocolate graham crackers. Make sure to use the Filipino brand. If you'd like to try my Mocha Roll using sponge cake, you can check that out as well. Thanks and keep me posted.
