This no-churn Rocky Road ice cream is rich in flavor, so creamy and delicious! Better than store-bought and no need for an ice cream maker. Made with heavy cream, condensed milk and Milo chocolate powder mixed with of course peanuts, marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Yes you read it right. I used Milo, the chocolate powder I grew up drinking. Using this gem is better than the cocoa powder because it has no bitter taste due to its' strong chocolate flavor. Milo has a light milk chocolate flavor and is perfect with this ice cream.
For this ice cream, I took it easy on condensed milk because Milo chocolate powder has some sugar on it and I also added chocolate chips so adjust the condensed milk according to your preference. Also you can add more marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate chips as you like.
