This no-churn Mango Cream Cheese Ice cream is so easy to make and very delicious. The combination of whipped cream, mango puree and cream cheese is perfect. Creamy and a balance of flavors makes this ice cream special. I've tried mango ice cream before but I am not really a fan of mango because of the after taste due to it's strong flavor but the cream cheese added a twist  and made it creamier.

I only used 2 mangoes for this recipe. I sliced the mangoes about one-quarter of an inch from the center on both sides.  Now, I have 4 sides and 2 middle portion that contains the pits. What I did was, I used 3 of the sides to make puree and used 1 side and scraped the edible part of the pit to make 1/2 cup chopped mango to stir-in so that I have some chunks of mangoes in my ice cream.

One of the best ice cream I have tasted not because I made it but because it is just delicious! Like I said, I am not a fan of mango but I can eat this. So I urge you to try and let me know what you think.

Creamy, delicious and best of all it is not too sweet. Now, you can make your own ice cream without the need of a machine.

My family and I tried the mango cream cheese ice cream recipe and it is soooo delicious and very easy to make! We had many ripened mangoes and this was the perfect way to turn them into a tasty treat! We were unsure about the cream cheese initially because we have never tried the combo of that ingredient with mango, but wow everything worked out perfectly! My kids said they liked the texture of the creaminess of the ice cream with the bits of mango chunks in it. We used our ice cream machine so we actually were able to enjoy it within 40 minutes. We liked the balance of sweetness. Highly recommended especially in these hot summer days! I’m appreciated how something so good can come from simple ingredients and easy to follow steps too. I look forward to more recipes from here. 🙂

Hi Michelle. I am so happy that you and your family loved it. Even I was amazed with the taste. I am not a fan of ripe mangoes but I guess I did the right of adding the cream cheese as it balances it with condensed milk.Thank you for dropping a comment here. :)
