Silvanas also spelled Sylvanas or Sylvannas are crunchy cashew-meringue wafers filled and coated with buttercream. A cookie version of Sans Rival. Rich, creamy, melt in your mouth dessert! But I must warn you, they are seriously addicting. Another great recipe you can make if you have extra leftover egg whites after making a delicious dessert Leche Flan or Creme Brulee.
I mentioned those two recipes because they are perfect when it comes to egg count. For the Leche Flan I used 10 egg yolks so make sure to divide the egg whites when separating them. For the Creme Brulee, I used 5 egg yolks so Silvanas is perfect since we will only be needing 5 egg whites.
