Ginataang Tilapia (Tilapia in Coconut milk) is one of the easiest dish you can make. The spicy coconut milk sauce gives a creamy flavor to the fish. Easy to make and delicious!

I see many recipes that says combine all ingredients in a pan or wok and simmer. But for this recipe, I like to saute' the ginger, garlic and onion first before adding the coconut milk then add the seasonings and spices.

I let the coconut milk sauce to boil first before adding the fish. This process will give so much flavor to the fish. Then I add the vegetable and I chose spinach. You can also use malunggay if available. Healthy veggies for this delicious dish!
