I have cooked this dish many times and I thought of cooking it again and write another blog since my cherry tomato plant is giving me a lot of harvest this year. Cherry tomatoes are perfect for Sarciado because this dish needs juicy tomatoes.

I have so much cherry tomatoes that sometimes I have to share it to our friends and neighbors.

There are actually 2 ways to make this dish. Either the sauteed tomato sauce is poured over the fried fish or the fried fish can be cooked with the sauce itself.  For this recipe, I added the fried fish with the sauce.

I haven't tried so I really don't know. I grew up eating this with fish only.
