This is a quick  and easy home style Sweet & Sour Fish recipe. Sweet and sour sauce is drizzled over fried fish  preferably white fish like tilapia, cod or halibut. Since I love Tilapia, that's what I used on this recipe. Delicious and loaded with bell peppers and pineapple. An easy recipe for beginner.
