Filipino Chicken Mami is very simple yet very tasty. Like every noodles recipe, they key ingredient is the broth. It is important that we use chicken breast with bones and boil it in water with chicken broth. That will make the soup delicious!
There are variety of egg noodles in the market. There's one that you have to cook for about 10 minutes until tender. There's also a ready one that only requires heating up by cooking in boiling water for 3 minutes. It will be up to you which one you would like to use.
Once you have the chicken breast, broth and noodles ready, just set up the ingredients in bowl and add the soup. Top with green onions, boiled egg and lots of garlic chips.
