This Green Beans in Oyster Sauce recipe is so easy to make. Crisp and tender green beans that has enough flavor to be served on their own with a bowl of rice or as a side dish to a lightly seasoned fish like Baked Salmon Fillet.  Delicious and healthy!

The key to a crisp and tender green beans is by blanching it in boiling salted water for two minutes then submerge in ice cold water to stop from cooking and set it's beautiful bright green beans.
