Another gelatin dessert you must try! Yes, I said another because I recently posted different kinds of gelatin recipes in the past 3 weeks namely Jelly Flan, Cathedral Window Gelatin and Fruit Cocktail Jelly. They are all delicious and you should also try them. This time, we have Maja Jelly. A combination of Corn Maja and Gelatin in one dessert. If you are a fan of Corn Maja, then this recipe is right for you.
You can use any molder you like or have available at home but if you'd like to serve it for a party, you can use a bundt pan like the one we have on the photo here.

Please know that Mr. Gulaman brand was used to make this jelly. Every brand has different water dilution requirements so please make sure to consider checking the package instruction if using other brand. To elaborate, some brand requires less or more water than others and you have to consider that.

Hi Jonette, I am your big fan from Toronto, Canada. I love filipino food so I bought my husband a filipino recipe book. But does not seem to do justice with your authentic recipes. By any chance, do you have a recipe book? Can I order one? Thank you. Cheers, Antonnette

Wow! Thanks for being a fan. I am afraid to tell you I do not have a book. For now, you can check out the list on my recipe index tab. I hope you can also visit my facebook page and check out my cooking videos.
Thanks again,
