You are probably wondering what Creamdy means? It's Ice Cream and Ice Candy in one. In the Philippines ice candy is more affordable than ice cream. Their recipes are different because ice cream are much more creamier that's why it is called ice "cream".  Ice Candy is called ice candy more of because of the flavored "ice" and candy because it is sweet. Ice candy is traditionally placed in small bag like freeze pops in other countries. My niece got this idea of putting ice cream in a form of ice candy that's why we are calling this "Ice Creamdy".  A fun way to eat ice cream isn't it?

This is mango flavored ice creamdy. The recipe was adopted from my Mango Cream cheese Ice Cream recipe.  A cup of mango was pureed and mixed with sweetened whipped cream and added more cubed mangoes for more flavor. The other half has added crushed grahams for a twist in flavor. Grahams are perfect with whipped cream so it is good to stir-in some.
Please note that you have the option to stick with just mango and omit the grahams. You can also adjust the condensed milk according to your liking.
Give this a try and let me know what you think. Enjoy!
