What inspired me to make this recipe? I made Pancit Lomi and used a small amount of cabbage. And you know when buying cabbage, you have to buy the whole thing. Since they are sitting in the fridge, I thought of making soup and added the leftover parsley from the Chicken Alfredo I made last week.
