You can make so many recipes out of Corned Beef in a can. One of them is this simple and easy to make Corned Beef Soup with Cabbage. Stir fried in garlic, onion and tomatoes then water is added and cabbage. Budget friendly and delicious!
My favorite brand is Palm Corned Beef which is a product from New Zealand. It's a little expensive than other brands but it is worth it because it is very juicy and flavorful.
Another recipe that I made from this brand was the Philippine's favorite breakfast Corned Beef with Potatoes that is paired with garlic rice and sunny side up eggs but can also be eaten during lunch or dinner with hot steamed white rice.
No need to add water, just a simple stir fry and season with salt and pepper. Simple , easy and yummy!

You can also add potatoes on this one but I didn't  because I love eating it with hot steamed white rice. If you will eat it alone then I suggest to add potatoes.
