Here's another easy and budget friendly snack that you can make for your family. No need to make or purchase a pastry crust. Leftover sliced or sandwich loaf breads are good enough to make this delicious pie. Tuna in can is one of the best flavor, inexpensive and healthy filling you can use. Just one small can mixed with other ingredients can make about 6-8 pieces of this Tuna Pie.

Crispy, delicious and easy to make. Give it a try. I know for sure your family will love it.

Crispy Tuna Pie (Chicken...)
I love this idea of using rolled flat bread slices!
I was using up left over chicken and made a simple salad like this one (without the relish) and layered it with pepper jack cheese on the rolled out bread slice. I just brushed the beaten egg on instead of dipping, because I was low on egg, & the bread I used for breadcrumbs had some corn meal in it, so it gave an extra crunch.
I made it for my lunch, and my husband liked it (blew me away!) so I had to make more!
